“Somatic Healing”
Healing sessions that combine tenants of flow state, mindfulness and somatic parts work to release burdens, unblock intrinsic motivation and embody inherent worth.
Participants will be guided through meditation to connect with and identify beliefs in the body. Sessions may include breathwork, visualization, dialogue, reiki, movement and sound. Because 80% of nervous system communication is body to brain, we focus on the felt sense and embodiment for deep rooted healing.
In these sessions I help light-workers heal the mind-body relationship (intuition), clarify their purpose and embody the life they came here for.

Flow Sanctuary is a tranquil home studio nestled in the trees of Donelson, Tennessee (minutes from downtown Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry, and the BNA international airport). Occasional day retreats and workshops are held here, as well as private and group sessions by appointment.

About Me
Andrea ‘Dre’ Hartley is a flow artist and somatic teacher specializing in aerial arts, trauma-informed yoga, and somatic parts work. She studied Psychology and Aerial Arts at LSU and has trained with institutions like Karuna Yoga and The Embody Lab. Dre’s playful sessions liberate heart, intuition, and creative power. From 2014-2022, she lived in Kenya, working in eco-conscious impact travel and founding AER Africa, which brought aerial and flow arts to schools and communities across the region. Dre has worked with individuals in addiction recovery, survivors of domestic violence, refugees, and at-risk youth. She believes in the transformative power of life’s challenges and leads immersions that combine flow arts, somatic healing, and mindfulness to awaken inner light. Dre also curates bespoke safaris, offering immersive, culturally rich experiences focused on sustainability and local communities.
