Blue ridge mountains, Georgia
Step into Sacred Shift, a transformative reset retreat aligned with the Autumn Equinox—a time of natural balance between day and night, body and spirit. This immersive experience is designed to open the flow of higher consciousness and ground with the rhythms of the Earth.
Through a powerful blend of practices—including breathwork, the Kundalini Activation Process, yin/yang yoga with sound, cacao ceremony, somatic parts work meditation and nature immersion—you’ll move through deep energetic realignment and grounded embodiment.
Visit the sacred waters of Fall Branch Falls, paint your own planter, and plant a seedling as a living symbol of your becoming—an invitation to nurture your new self with care, balance, and gentle attention as the seasons shift.
Leave behind the noise. This is a phone-free zone, a conscious invitation to unplug and remember what it means to simply be. As we bask in the mountains, we attune to nature’s rhythms and embrace the forest frequency.
This is your wild reset. Your energetic upgrade. Your sacred return to balance.

Diane Davidson
“Gourmet Chef
Diane Davidson is a chef, nutritionist, and owner of Cast Iron Kitchen, which she founded in 2012 to help people feel their best through food. After starting in psychology, she shifted to nutrition, realizing that good food is the foundation for health—body, mind, and spirit. At Cast Iron Kitchen, we stay up-to-date with nutrition science while honoring our core belief: fresh, whole foods—eaten in variety and moderation—are the key to lasting health. And above all, food should be a pleasure.
“I’m here to cook food that supports you on every level—from mental clarity to physical strength, good digestion, and glowing skin.”
